Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes ensuring that goods are produced efficiently
Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
Determining quality control standards
Overseeing production processes
Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
Supervise and motivate a team of workers
Review worker performance and identify training needs
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, or other relevant education
5-10 years of operations and leadership experience in a cocoa manufacturing environment
Strong working knowledge production transactions
Possess leadership, technical, food safety, food quality, and supervisory skills.
